A Collective Ethic

Our course is also framed around the politicized collective ethic that is outlined in Conversations on Conversing in Child and Youth Care.

quote

This collective ethic involves both “deconstructing the dialectic of CYC praxis with a focus on gender, identity and social justice”, and reconfiguring our own understandings of children, youth, praxis and so on.

I invite you to keep this ethical logic in mind as you read course texts, write posts in your blog, comment on your colleagues’ blogs, and write your paper.  Ask yourself, how might this text/post/manuscript live in relation to the collective ethic outlined in Conversations on Conversing in Child and Youth Care?
